Expectation - cause of quarter life crisis
Humans can hope or expect, the two things are different but often
equated. In terms of language itself based on Oxford Learner's Dictionaries expectations and expectations have
different meanings, namely
“hope something can happen and think that something might happen)
“expect thinking and believe that something will happen or someone will do something)
From these two meanings, it can be seen the difference between hope and expectation. On expectations look how do we feel sure that something "will" happen, so that if the word "will" is in the end does not really happen then the disappointment that will come over. Of the several causes that have been described, more or less likely to occur in most individuals in range of age from 20 to 30 years. The cause becomes something natural as long as it's not protracted and actually prevent themselves from developing.
