Identify a positive attitude - HOW TO KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

The second way to maintain a positive attitude is to identify a positive attitude.
After we break away from negative thoughts that are self-defeating, now is the time to learn more positive things. We have to give the brain a little help to consciously choose something positive to think about.

It will be easy when everything is going well, and we have the mood the good one. This can be a big challenge when things are going badly, and our minds are flooded with negative thoughts. If this happens, think about the day we had and identify one positive thing that happened, no matter how small it was. If not, reflect on the previous day or even last week. Or maybe there's an interesting event we've been waiting for that's happening our focus. The point is, we have to have something positive so we can distract when negative thoughts arise.
