Technology has distracted us - Tech Hijacker Human Personality

It's hard to believe that an object like a cell phone has managed to distract us, even to the point of now.

Every time our cell phones vibrate, ring or turn on for a second, we must immediately rush to check our cellphones to see what notifications are on the cellphone.

The funny thing is, even though our cellphones don't give any signs that there are messages or notifications new, for example sound, vibrate or light up, we still like to check our cell phone. Suddenly we trying to reach for the cellphone and saying to myself, "is there whatsapp or not?" or "what's the latest info" yes from my Instagram account?” and so forth.

When we don't look at or check our phones for quite some time, we feel like something is missing in our life. In fact, if we don't check our cellphones, our life it might be safe. Technology has distracted us from something that should not need to be considered to be a very excessive concern.
