One of the difficulties why a person is difficult to feel happy by accepting yourself as you are because they haven't know yourself well. I mean, they don't know what their strengths and weaknesses are.
As a result, many people feel lost and not have a definite purpose. In the end, conditions like this make ourselves always compare the purpose of life us with others or tend to follow directions and goals that other people want. Our life feels tossed without clarity.

Therefore, the first and foremost way for us running in search of happiness is doing the process the search for identity. Try to make some special time for ourselves, calm down by sitting with yourself just and try to get to know ourselves more deeply. this process will bring us into a happy feeling because we can accept yourself as you are. There are several stages that we can do when we go through the process of self-discovery, namely as follows:

Finding Your Own Version of Life's Purpose.

Try to find out what are the advantages and disadvantages in within us. Once we figure it out, try to create our own version of life goals (without coercion and persuasion from others) and confirm the purpose of life is something that really interests us, as well make ourselves more excited and motivated everyday. By determining the purpose of life's version of yourself alone, we will not feel sad when others show off a purpose in life that they feel is better. Our happiness is achieving our own version of life's goals, not someone else's version.
