Sinar Mas Land Muslim Foundation Donates 330 Sacrificial Animals to Several Mosques

Eid al-Adha, known as the Feast of Sacrifice, is a holiday celebrated by Muslims all over the world, including in Indonesia. This year is the second year of the Feast of Sacrifice in the midst of the ongoing pandemic.
In order to welcome Eid al-Adha, Sinar Mas Land through the Sinar Mas Land Muslim Foundation (YMSML) again handed over 330 sacrificial animals to the community in the company's work environment through mosques and prayer rooms. The sacrificial animals were symbolically handed over by representatives from the Sinar Mas Land Muslim Foundation to beneficiaries at ITC Roxy Mas and several locations including BSD City, Jakarta, Depok, Cibubur, Surabaya, and Balikpapan. The distribution of sacrificial animals is carried out every year by YMSML as a form of social care and to increase brotherly ties to the community around Sinar Mas Land's work environment. “The activity of giving sacrificial animal aid is a form of concern in building ukhuwah, sharing, and strengthening ties of friendship and tolerance among fellow communities. Hopefully this assistance can provide maximum benefits, especially for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic," said Panji Himawan as General Secretary of the Sinar Mas Land Muslim Foundation.
